Biography
Praveen joined the CSEE department at UMKC in
Fall 2007. Broadly, his research interests are in Database and Information Systems.
He completed his PhD in Computer Science (Aug 2007) from the University of
Arizona under the direction of Prof.
Bongki Moon. The title of his dissertation is "Indexing XML Data for
Efficient Twig Pattern Matching". Praveen received his Bachelor's degree in
Computer Engineering in 1999 from the
